About Us

The company is owned by long time Lincoln resident, Paul Selivanoff, Mr. Selivanoff has 3 generations of home building experience in his family. Paul & is an alumni of Union College, and Paul also attended UNL and the University of Central Florida.

Prior to founding Richmond Hill Homes, Paul spent 12 years a Vice President and chief financial officer in two Fortune 1000 corporations, where he was involved with over $20 million in construction projects.
